Because the temperature of a fish is naturally lower, if the temperature of fish collagen rises much above room temperature, its bioactive properties degrade and are lost and ultimately, the collagen gel turns to liquid. We developed an air-tight, insulated container that safeguards Genuine Collagen from harmful exposure. However, it is essential that you handle Genuine Collagen with care by storing it in a cool, dry environment.
